Alternate RED/ WHITE Flash 5 time and 5 beeps means Stuck/Jammed bolt. Ensure the jamb hole is a full one inch deep, check your door alignment and perform the Door Rehanding with the door open and locked: Press the Programming button, Press the "0" and the Lock button.
