When we hit the lock button it doesn’t lock ?? We followed the steps to set it and got the green light. New batteries as well


To fix this, please perform the manual door handing process: 1. Open the door and extend the latch to the locked position. 2. Remove the battery pack. 3. Press and HOLD the LOCK button while reinserting the battery pack. Release button once battery pack is installed. 4. The latch bolt will retract about halfway in and then extend to learn the orientation of the door.
