the lock has stopped locking with the lock button , but will unlock with code


The lock is working in reverse. To fix this, please ensure that the lock was installed with the latch extended (in the locked position). Next, perform the manual door handing process to recalibrate the latch. 1. Open the door and extend the latch to the locked position. 2. Remove the battery pack. 3. Press and HOLD the LOCK button while reinserting the battery pack. Release button once battery pack is installed. 4. The latch bolt will retract about halfway in and then extend to learn the orientation of the door.
