We have a left hand inswing door, and the deadbolt seems it wants to go in the opposite direction. How is the fixed?


Please perform the door handing steps provided below. To complete door handing: a. Leave the door open and in the locked position. b. Hold the program button as you install the batteries. c. Continue to hold the program button 3 seconds before releasing. If the lock has the sound on you will hear a long beep. d. After the long beep, press and release the program button again. e. The latch will start to move excessively in both directions and will finish with the latch in the locked position.
