this lock has 4 programming buttons that are pre-set. One of them you can set to lock the door 30 seconds after unlocking each time

Was this Answer Helpful ?Mine does sometimes and it is annoying. I have read the manual and I don't think it is supposed to. It doesn't USUALLY GO OFF, but then randomly goes off after hours of being left alone sometimes, which is quite startling.The company told me to buy a new unit or use it as is.
