Why are there no directions anywhere on how to replace this? Kobalt customer service is no help.


Hello there, To remove the trimmer head from your string trimmer, please follow these instructions. 1. When behind the trimmer, find the hole on top the shaft where the black trimmer head attaches. 2. Place a metal rod into the two holes (a screw driver can be used as well). 3.
