Why is the Kobalt Replacement Spool for 80-Volt not available. Can't find it in the stores, or online. Very poor product & customer support

Get a M9-1.25 nut and put it in the place of the left handed ones. It fits but I can't get the line to feed while running unless I hit it on a rock.
Was this Answer Helpful ?The Skakespeare Wind-N-Go does NOT fit the Kobalt 80 volt trimmer. It is a left hand thread. The Kobalt shaft is a right hand thread. Cant find one
Was this Answer Helpful ?If you call Kobalt they refer you back to Lowes. They will only handle warranties in scenarios when a part of the product is replaced per their warranty guidelines. The spool is not a warranty replacement part and they referred me to Lowes and Lowes refers you to Kobalt. Lowes should either re-evaluate their relationship with this vendor or hold them accountable for their lack of service. I'm tempted to return all of my Kobalt 80v products (lawnmower, hedge trimmer, string trimmer, and blower) due to this pathetic response from both Lowes and the vendor.
Was this Answer Helpful ?Lowe's sell the Shakespeare Wind-N-G0 replacement head that will fit. Most Lowe's employees don't know this. Read the back of the pack for the battery models.
