Should the supports "snap" firmly onto the rail, per the instructions? The supports I bought with the rail just hang loosely on the top of the rail.


They use gravity to hold on the rail. If you look at each of your K-Rail hooks, they have a hole for a #5/6/8 small screw to affix it to the rail.
