That's an interesting question. Much depends on the mounting hardware, bracing, and - apparently - the PR folks. You can buy the Kobalt 30W 72in tall cabinet that has 4 shelves with 100lb limit on each shelf, plus the bottom, and you can mount THAT to this rail. So, in theory, they would not say that if the rail could not support the load of the cabinet that - again - they say can be loaded on this with the proper mounting brackets & supports.
