What’s the difference between the 1/4 impact in this kit and the one that is sold separately?

Bought this combo because of the low price and primarily this question was answered “yes it is the same as the one sold separately” however after the purchase it is clearly NOT the same. The light is in a different location and no speed selection switch. Hope the quality is the same as the one sold separately.
