Yes if you are still under warranty take your drill, your charger, and your battery to your local Lowe’s store with your receipt to the customer service department. They will assist with a complete exchange.

Kobalt hand held tools have a 5 year warranty with 3 years on the battery. I would take it to your local Lowe's with proof of purchase and I am sure they will be able to help you.
