Can these cut a double sided carpet pad. One side is felt and the other is rubber


The model # B2109 Stainless Steel Utility Shears would be able to cut it if it's thin (1/4"), but without knowing what brand/thickness/hardness of the rubber it's impossible to say for sure. The Klein Tools Titanium-Coated Shears would be better suited for this application. Please see Klein Tools model # T2107, T2110, or T2111.
