Can you use an aluminum pan or foil paper since the cavity is stainless steel? Does it serve as an oven?


Hi TXChris, the KMBS104ESS is a Microwave oven so it will still have the usual Microwave restrictions for cookware and foils. The KMBP100ESS model does feature a convection cycle it may meet your needs a little more. Thank you for your interest in KitchenAid!
