Faucet handle loose. How to tighten?


I am having the same issue repeatedly. I've had to "retighten" that screw too many times to be happy with my over 200$ purchase.. Any luck with yours?

Hello Jens, this is Lisa with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist with your question. If your handle is loose, you can unthread the bonnet counter-clockwise to remove the complete handle assembly. Once this has been removed, you can turn the handle assembly over and look inside for a screw. You should see a screw holding a stem adapter in place. You can use a screwdriver to tighten that screw. Then you can thread the bonnet / handle assembly clockwise back into place. If this does not resolve what was occurring, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-4KOHLER. We are glad to help!
