Can this be used on a ceiling without a paint on top? Does it apply white?


Hi there! Thanks for your question. Our Kilz Original Primer will dry to a white finish, however, it is not a stand-alone product. Once this primer has dried for at least an hour, it can be topcoated with the water or oil-based paint of your choice for long-lasting results. Best wishes - Sara
