How many spikes per tree?


It depends upon the diameter. 1-2" = 2 spikes, 3"=3 spikes, 4"=4 spikes, 5"=5 spikes. For shrubs, use one spike per 3 feet of height. Never place spikes closer than 30" from tree trunk.

Number of spikes is determined by trunk diameter. There is a chart on the box.

The amount of spikes per tree depends on the size of the tree. For trunk diameter of 1-2 inches, use 2 spikes. Add one spike for each additional inch in diameter after that.
