Will this help with devices being diconnected?

A range extender solved my issues with more remotely located sensors. Simple fix. A thermostat will also function to extend the range as will the duplex plug modules.

I had this happen to me too. I removed the devices that were going offline from the system, moved the devices within 6ft of the hub, added each device back to the system and then configured the system. Once the system was configured, I placed the devices back to their prior location. My devices haven't gone offline since.

Range extender should immediately fix this issue. Just make ABSOLUTE sure you follow instructions when installing. If you simply just plug it in, it will not work and frustrate you like all the people that are giving it a negative review. I have over 2900 sq feet and I use range extender with 18 devices and have not had one component drop.

I would say no since mine would only stay connected 12 feet or less from my hub.

Mine doesn't work at all so it can't see it helping. My front door gets disconnected almost daily and is 15 feet from my hub with an unobstructed line of sight. Not happy here.

Yes it fixed that issue for me.

Maybe. My range extender often thinks it is disconnected too, but IRIS support says that is a false message. I would try a plug in control like the Smart Plug since it can also serve as s range extender for some devices. Over time, this problem seems to get better, in my experience.
