Is this clock highly water resistent?

It will continue to work, but I have my clock on a covered porch, no sunlight or water exposure and the hands are corroded; since I purchased this clock for function and cosmetic appeal on the porch, it has failed in my expectations. Buy a cheaper clock and change it out after a season or two.

I would say no it isn't. It just has a plastic cover that covers the clock back and that's all. No rubber seal or anything.

This clock is weather and water resistant for most weather.
