No. You must apply a 1/2 thick role of pluming putty around the ring beneath the sink

The only gasket is a paper gasket. I have found that a rubber gasket will deteriorate quickly under the sink. I have adjusted by using a silicone seal. Be aware though, that the screws (in the times I have used the mount -- 3X now) the mounting screws are too short.
