I hired a licensed plumber who charged $148 to install this product. It would've been $128, but I also wanted him to replace the existing flange/rubber intake.

Any plumber can do it in an hour, so probably around $200 depending on your area of the country. However, depending on 'how bad' your back is, you could probably do the work yourself. My lower back has been hosed up for 25 years thanks to my military service, but the unit is certainly under 20 pounds, and I was squatting on a stool in front of the sink for about 90 minutes, with several hops up and down to either fetch a tool or straighten out my legs.
