Does this simultaneously cut the excess wire length as it crimps the pass through CAT6 plug?

No this crimper is for standard modular plugs not the feed-thru style you are thinking of look for the FT-45 30-495 crimping tool instead. Hope that helps Ron at ron.kipper@idealindustries.com
