How do u kniw when its adjusted right fir the crimp

Sparky as it is set coming from IDEAL it is adjusted for our F connectors. Some connectors like a BNC are longer so the post would have to be adjusted clockwise which will make room for the larger connector. To adjust it back for a F connector adjust the post counter-clockwise and test it by compressing a F connector. The tool is adjusted properly when the gap between the outer sleeve and the bottom of the nut goes away. Hope that helps Ron at ron.kipper@idealindustries.com
