Are spare parts available for this sweeper?

Sadly Lowes does not carry replacement parts. I had my sweeper for 3 months and one wheel was making a horrible noise. When I took the wheel off, the gears on the wheel were stripped all the way around. I went to Lowes to get a replacement wheel and they do not carry them. Very disappointing a store will carry the product, but not simple replacement parts. Not sure what caused the wheel to fail as it did. I checked my sweeper height to ensure that was not the issue. Now I am questioning the quality of the part.
