What is the difference between this model 99181 black $45.70 and model 99180 brown $88.00? Do they both come with receivers?

Hello Nikki, The only difference between these two controls is the color and they both have a receiver included. These controls are for use on Hunter Original ceiling fans only. It comes complete with a replacement ceiling fan canopy to allow room for the remote receiver and must be installed with a 12" double-threaded down rod or longer which is (sold separately).
