Can this fan mount on a sloped ceiling?


Yes it can. Just follow the directions.

Yes you can install on sloped ceilings up to 34* any more angle and you need an angle mount kit. The instruction booklet comes with a little template to help you see if its greater then 34*

Most fans will mount on a sloped ceiling if the downrod is long enough to provide clearance. If a longer downrod is not included they can be purchased separately. Lowes carries them.

Thank you for your interest in a Hunter product. Consumers do have the option to install model 51028 on an angle ceiling. If you have an angled ceiling you will need a longer downrod (sold separately) and if your ceiling angle is greater than 34°, you will also need an Angled Mounting Kit (sold separately).
