will standard size 60 wtt bulbs work with this fan? I do not like the small candle type bulbs


Hello Regina, Yes, the light kit is a standard medium based socket. You can use different bulbs with this 4-light ceiling fan light kit assembly as long as the wattage of the bulb does not exceed the actual wattage listed on the sticker of the light kit socket and the base of the bulb is the same. We would suggest using the LED equivalent. Have a great day!
