Can I mix this in with the primer and then paint on top? I'm trying to use this on the ceiling

We did that with our ceilings using Valspar Signature Paint (Paint and Primer) and only needed one coat. We weren't sure if one coat would do and decided if we needed a second coat, we would just use regular untextured paint. When doing touch-ups we only used the regular paint. So mixing this product with the primer and then painting over top would work.
