Is there any other way to apply pop corn ceiling other than spray?? I have a very small area to repair.

Homax now makes a product that can be dobbed on with a brush. I read about it in The Family Handyman Feb 2012 issue, page 58. They say that although it is only good for very small areas, it did the job better than any other product they tried, including all the spray cans, etc. I plan to try it myself.

No there is not, try looking at the small airasal cans of texture you might get a close match. Rember texture is a custom applied finish. It can not be duplicated when there is patching. if not available texture over the entire area. This will ensure you hide the area you repaired.
