Hi - if we are building this ourselves (10x10 lancaster), and putting it on concrete do we need to purchase separately (and if yes, what are the item numbers) the following: 1) Roof shingles? 2) anchors for concrete? 3) Anything else?


Can these be delivered to a dirt road address? How are these delivered if assemble by homeowner?


My HOA requires siding on the shed and it must be horizontal to match my home. It doesn't look like this shed comes with siding. If it does not, can horizontal siding, Hardie, be added after the fact and will doing so void the warranty?
