How do you replace battery on this remote? I removed the little screw on the back , but it would not open. Terrible battery life


You won't need to remove a screw (located on the top of the remote). It's the bottom portion of the remote that will be removed by sliding it down. Don't hesitate to call customer service (800) 643-0067 for help.
