During install, I tested both the fan and light via the remote. One day later, the red light on my remote will not turn off and remote does not work?

Did you turn off the wall switch (power) to your fan? Did you check to see if the breaker tripped? Is there a button stuck down in the remote transmitter? Did you try re-syncing the remote? If none of these resolve your issue, please contact customer service (800) 643-0067.
