I bought this remote. How do you change the battery. I took the screw off the back won't come off.


This question is listed under Harbor Breeze Universal Ceiling Fan Remote (Item#0745359). There is no screw on the back of this remote. To change the battery, slide the battery door open; it's located on the lower part of the back of the remote transmitter. Once the battery door is open, the 12V battery will be visible.
