I'm sorry I don't know which fan you're referring to. Nevertheless, this remote will work with your downrod fan IF it either did not come from the factory with a remote OR if it had a factory installed remote with the receiver that's mounted in the canopy of the fan. Bottom line, you'll need to be able to swap out the existing receiver if the fan has an existing remote.
