If I install one of these in two different fans, can I use one remote to control both fans individually?


Bill, No. You can use one remote to control both fans but not individually. If you push the light on button, it will turn on both lights. If you'd like individual control, you have to use individual remtoes. To have individual control you'll need to turn off the power to one of the fans and follow the syncing instructions to resync the other fan. Then turn off the power to the fan you just synced and use the other remote to sync the second fan. Now you can control the fans individually, but not using one control.
