I have model M52-5B/3LIA1E. Is there a remote that will turn this fan on and off. The house I purchased has a single switch for the light only.


Yes. You can purchase a universal remote, but you will need to replace the receiver that is currently located in the fan's canopy. Check out Lowes Item #0745359. It's a great all-around remote to control fan speed and light.
