I’m trying to install the fan the fan works but I can’t get the lights to work not quite sure how to make then work


With power off to the fan, check the wire connections at the outlet box. Your ceiling fan likely has a blue wire which goes to the light kit. Also, check the wire connections in the light kit/switch housing. Most likely, there are pin-connectors that need to be connected. Please read the manual for the light kit, if you still need help, don't hesitate to contact customer service (800) 643-0067.
