the bulbs socket is the small one (E12), you can buy adapters for A19 socket bulbs, Cree makes some 75W equivalent LED bulbs that you can use

Was this Answer Helpful ?Yes A15 is 'slightly' smaller than A19. But that does not answer the question. Drove to Lowes and opened the box. This unit uses the tiny bulbs that are the size of a person's pinky finger, not A15s.
