Is there a way to unsync the remote to a fan or to reset the remote all together?


Hi Wally, Yes. Simply shut the power off to the fan at the breaker for one full minute. When you turn the power back on, the remote should not be connected to the receiver anymore and should require resyncing. If this does not work, try again and leave the power off for one minute longer (allowing all residual current to evacuate the line). If you plan to move the remote to another fan, please remember to uninstall the remote's receiver and reinstall it into the new fan.
