My remote for my fan doesn’t seem to have a learn or reset button. How do I reset my fan without this?

First, ensure that you have properly installed the included receiver (it comes with this remote in the packaging). This remote will likely not pair to your fan's previous remote receiver. The remote was synced to the receiver at the factory. Should it become necessary to re-sync the remote, turn off the main power at the breaker, then turn it back on. Within 30 seconds, use a small screwdriver to press and hold the learn button on the remote for 3 seconds. The fan will turn on and light (if applicable) will blink three times, signaling a successful synchronization.
