Hi Tommy! Yes, it is possible to sync two receivers to one remote. The remotes are not intended to work this way but we have found that it is possible. To do so, do the following: (REMEMBER TO ALWAYS TURN THE POWER OFF TO THE FAN WHEN UNINSTALLING/INSTALLING/ANY REWIRING OF ANY KIND). You can sync a remote to one receiver while having the power disconnected (turn the power off at the switch, or if they are both on one switch, you’d have to disconnect the wires (please turn the breaker switch off before touching any wiring)) to the other fan’s receiver. Then, you can turn off/disconnect the power to the currently-synced fan’s receiver, power up the other fan, and sync that same remote to the new fan. Then, once you connect both fans to power, the remote should operate both fans. Now, I mentioned that the remotes are not designed to work this way and this is tricky to do. The reason why is because sometime, when disconnecting the power to one receiver, it might cause the receiver to lose sync with the remote. This doesn’t happen every time, but it does occur. Therefore, this effort may take a few attempts. If you ever need help with this, please feel free to reach out to our customer service at 1(800)643-0067.
