We installed this and the light has a residual “glow” even when turned off. Why is that?


There is likely some line voltage feeding into the neutral line. The LEDs require a very low amount of electricity to light up... so the neutral feed may be finding its way to the LEDs. Please make sure the ground wires are properly attached. Additionally, make sure the wire connection to the neutral and live lines are properly attached. This may be a household wiring issue.
