How do I apply the silicone? Instructions say to "Apply a light coating of included silicone lubricant to o-ring." But there is no o-ring!

Hello and Thanks for your question. It may be possible that you are referencing a different product. This low voltage fixture connector does not include any silicone or O-ring as you described. I have gone over the products instruction manual and do not see mention of the silicone or an O-ring.
