Am I correct in assuming that this is a completely porous material and that the water runoff from the roof actually flows through the foam?


Hi There-GutterStuff is a polyurethane reticulated foam, which means that it is porous. Due to the pores, water will go right through and will keep your gutters clean. If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to the manufacturer or Lowe's.
