Can this be used to clean tile inside a home?

This will be fine on tiles in general as there are two 40-degree tips which will not be that hard on pressure. A few points however: 1) Please ensure that water accumulation throughout the area being used is not an issue as this can cause flooding or other damage. 2) Test in an inconspicuous area as you do not want to risk an issue with a tile which may have been installed with weakness and have damage show up in the middle of the floor, however if the floor tile was correctly installed inside than it should be ok, just check first.
