Does the rubber piece on the bottom suppose to touch ??


Good evening, Yes, the 15 degree tip will work well while cleaning concrete. A turbo nozzle and 0 degree tip will also do well. Suggest to presoak the surface area with a pressure washer detergent recommended for concrete and stone, this will help to start lifting the surface dirt prior to cleaning its pores. Good luck!
