Will this kill poison ivy around my trees

Until Amaze answers your question, I remove poison ivy/oak/sumac by first killing leaves with Round-Up For Poison Ivy Spray or hot water/white vinegar/dish soap/salt. When brown, I remove the still poisonous plant/vine from further contact with me/my tools by wearing disposable LONG dish gloves and carefully removing the dead plant/vine into a big plastic bag cut open wider and laid on ground, carefully closed for discard with no plant oil on outside of bag. Or clip plant at ground level and discard as above or in burial hole, cleaning clipper with disposable plastic gloves & cloth/sponge and poison ivy soap that sensitive folks immediately cool shower and launder clothes with too. A pinhead amount of the plant oil can make life a recurring misery recrudescing in heat or friction though no re-exposure :(
