Can this run a 250w light for 24hrs if I hook up a car battery


No, it cannot. First of all, you cannot use car batteries with solar - they must be deep cycle. Secondly, this kit will only produce an average of 450 watt-hours of usable power per day, which would run that light for less than two hours.
