can they be mounted so they are directly in the weather? I have an area that is exposed to the weather to get to the rest of my house.


Thank you for your question.We recommend installing the lights under the eaves, approximately 5 cm away from the wall. Although the light string is rated IP67 for waterproofing and the adapter and control box are rated IP65, this installation method will help provide optimal protection and extend the longevity of all components.
