The specs say that the trim kit is included in package. I only received a display and mount. What came in your order?

The new Nest Thermostat doesn't come with the mounting plate in the box since you can buy it separately. It does come with the thermostat display, base and mounting screws. If there is anything else missing other than the mounting plate, we recommend contacting Lowe's for assistance.
