This is a resin product. Can it be cut with a carbide tip power miter saw?

Easily cuts with either a Jigsaw or standard hand-held circular saw. In order to avoid any fractures or weird ends, I'd recommend marking after you put masking tape around the circumference of the rail then mark the cut point. I also clamped it to my workbench and that was it. (Then peel off the masking tape (regular painter's tape will do for this). Cuts are easy, straight, and I've never had a problem. (it really is a good system for home garages).

I did not have to cut any of mine, but I am sure with the right blade you should be able to cut them where ever needed.

Cuts like wood. Hand saw is fine.

My company has done several installations of this product. We've had great success using a standard contractor blade in a circle saw. We clamp it down with the same guide we use for sectioning plywood. Our cuts are coming out nice and clean. We do make sure our blades are sharp though.

yes but could splinter. a lot of people use the blade installed backwards to cut some of these type of materials even vinyl siding. But I get the best results with a black fiber metal blade. it gives cleaner cuts.
